Back in March, I shared a story about how I found my musical voice again… by writing a song for just one person and then sharing it with many. It culminated in a 100-voice choir debuting the song in 2018.

Today, I’m sharing something new for my paid subscribers: an audio narration, read by me, accompanied by a recording of the choir’s debut performance of “One Lone Voice.”

This is my first time producing audio narration, and I’m especially glad I began with this story. One Lone Voice has always been about what can happen when we risk making a little noise and letting ourselves be heard.

If you’re a free subscriber who claimed a free post, consider upgrading to receive monthly narrations of my stories as well as a weekly writing prompt—an invitation to join in the reflective, revealing, rebellious act of truth-telling.
